Meeting the demand for organic feed and food.
The demand for organically grown grains continues to grow. Prairie Land Organics is helping dairy operations, cattle producers and food manufacturers keep pace with organic food and feed production.
This rapidly growing operation spans approximately 7,000 acres of owned and managed production. A combination of semi-dry climate and irrigation creates the ideal organic growing conditions, without reliance on synthetic chemicals.
Organic production includes a variety of food and feed-grade grains, grown for specific applications. This includes organic Yellow Corn, Alfalfa, Rye and Millet used for feed at organic Dairies and Organic Blue Corn used in Corn Chips, as well as Organic Popcorn. Organically grown soybeans are used to make Soymilk and Organic Wheat is used in breakfast cereals.
Products are shipped all over the US including California, Idaho, Texas and Vermont, to name a few.
Just as in all our businesses, our people are the key to the success of Prairie Land Organics. From their attention to the latest organic farming methods to the relationships they enjoy with customers, to the quality of the grains they produce – they continue to generate great returns.
If you share our commitment to organic production, we’d like to hear from you.
